PARTICIPANTS: 200+
VOLUNTEERS: 50+

The International Fora have a similar setup, but contain more cultural elements and are organized independently from the National Committees of the network.
PROGRAM OF A SESSION
Preliminary work
Each delegate is asked to express a preference by indicating the committee which they would like to be a part of. The Organising Team of the event proceeds to assigning a committee to each participant making sure that within a given committee each member comes from a different school institute. At this point the students prepare two documents: a Fact Sheet and Position Paper, collecting the most relevant data in the first, to then argue their position on the topic in the second.
Teambuilding
Through a series of physical games, creative puzzles, and brainteasers, participants quickly build trust in their committee colleagues. The main purpose of Teambuilding is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinion. It also aims to improve communication and Committee Work productivity.
Committee Work
Participants gain a solid understanding of the assigned topic, identify problems, solutions and collect data related to the topic. Collectively the committee members write a Resolution, presenting their vision for resolving the issues at hand. The work of the committee focuses on the creation of shared solutions, reached by consensus and supported by sound arguments.
General Assembly
All committees present and defend their Resolutions in a General Assembly. Participants have the opportunity to speak from the podium, to ask questions from the audience and finally to cast their vote on the proposals. The General Assembly usually takes place in an institutional venue and is followed by the Closing Ceremony with guest speakers.
Panel Discussions
Institutional figures, representatives of local administrations and the most active businesses in the area hosting the event often participate in our events. These are involved in panel discussions, often held on the days dedicated to the Committee Work, in such a way as to enrich the perspectives of the students with contributions from figures directly interested in the topics discussed.
Euroconcert & Eurovillage
During the Eurovillage, delegates are invited to bring typical dishes from their country or region of origin, in order to introduce the other participants to the flavours and traditions of their place of origin during a buffet dinner organised by and for the participants.
During the Euroconcert, the participants have the opportunity to perform in a musical or theater performance of their choice, always with the aim of bringing together distant cultures and traditions in an informal moment of the event.
